Some brands turn one problem into three more. We have written about absurd after-sales — V2C, Ennova, Schneider, the ridiculous Genergy case — where the customer gets no fix and the installer fights the narrative. Atodosol does the opposite. A problem gets a real solution. Including Saturdays, Sundays and the middle of the night.
Three recent interventions — two from yesterday and one before dawn — show better than any slogan how we understand technical support.
1. Huawei inverter WiFi: technician at home in 12 minutes
Yesterday. A client — Alfonso — calls: the home WiFi was changed and he cannot reconfigure the inverter network. Sounds simple. It is not.
Huawei inverters have a WiFi reconfiguration process that is anything but simple, even for expert installers: modes, app, temporary access points, passwords, firmware, wait times. It is not “type the new password in a pretty menu”. It is a ritual that, if you do not do it every day, goes wrong.
We did not leave him with a PDF or “try again on Monday”. In 12 minutes an Atodosol technician was at the door. Connectivity closed on site, with the customer seeing it is neither magic nor distant manufacturer shrug — it is service.
2. “The panels are making noise”: team at an Elche attic in 32 minutes
Sonia heard noise and linked it to the panels. Attic flat in Elche. Warranty call: we do not argue on the phone whether “it is or isn’t”; we go.
In 32 minutes a specialised Atodosol team was on site. We checked. The noise was not the PV system: in the building community someone had left the attic hatch without the safety catch and the wind was lifting it. Not a panel fault and not a product warranty case — and still the visit and diagnosis had the same urgency and respect as if it had been.
That is also support: arrive, look, explain and leave the place calm, even when the culprit is a hatch and not a string.
3. 4:55 a.m., no power: reply at 4:57
Raúl. 4:55 a.m. No power. No idea what to check. At 4:57 our WhatsApp lands: he did not expect a reply at that hour.
Diagnosis in two minutes of chat and explanation: a protective device (RCD / differential) had tripped in the home. Live call, step by step, why an RCD trips and how to reset safely. Fixed without sending anyone out at dawn when it was not needed — and without leaving Raúl alone with the fear that “the whole house is gone”.
Support is not only “go to the house”. It is knowing when to be there in 12 minutes, when in 32, and when to solve in two minutes at 4:57 because the customer needs to understand what just happened.
When they write, we answer — weekends too
All three cases share the same thing: the customer writes or calls and gets immediate support. Not a mailbox of “we will attend you in 48–72 business hours”. That includes Saturdays and Sundays. It includes dawn when supply is out and the person has no map of the consumer unit.
That is not improvised. It is organisation, in-house technicians and a simple rule: if it is your install, it is your problem until it is fixed or clearly explained.
The opposite: brands that turn one problem into three
That is not the same as brand after-sales that:
- denies warranty frames with invoice tricks,
- cancels agreed pickups,
- pushes the homeowner to act as the workshop,
- or leaves the installer fighting the story while the customer waits.
We have seen it in public cases of bad service — V2C, Ennova, Schneider, the ridiculous Genergy case. There one problem breeds more: emails, limbo, distrust. Atodosol implements solutions. Because a problem is answered with real solutions, not more friction.
| Case | What the customer needed | Atodosol response |
|---|---|---|
| Alfonso · Huawei WiFi | Cannot reconfigure inverter after router change | Technician at home in 12 min |
| Sonia · Elche attic | Noise “from the panels” | Team on site in 32 min (hatch without catch) |
| Raúl · 4:55 a.m. | No power, no idea what to check | WhatsApp at 4:57 + explanation and call (RCD) |
Closing
The best after-sales marketing is not a badge on a website. It is that when home WiFi changes, in twelve minutes a technician is at the door. That when Sonia hears a strange noise in the attic, in half an hour a team is actually looking. That at five in the morning, someone answers and fixes it.
That is Atodosol: a problem, a real solution — not another problem on top.
