Your system should not fail in silence

A broken panel is visible. A blown fuse is not. The system stays on, the app keeps drawing its curve, and you keep paying for electricity you should be generating. That is why we check every string of panels, one by one, every night.

The fault your app will never mention

Your inverter groups panels into strings, and each string comes in through its own channel. If a fuse blows or a connection degrades, that string stops contributing. The system does not shut down: it produces half.

The manufacturer's app shows you a production curve. And the curve is still there — lower, same shape as always. No alarm, no warning, nothing. Unless you compare this July against last July, and almost nobody does, months can go by before anyone notices.

We do not compare July against July. We compare each string against itself, against the voltage it gave on the day we commissioned it.

How we do it

01

We take your day-one fingerprint

When we commission your system we record the voltage of every active string. That is your personal baseline — not a catalogue figure, but what your system delivers on your roof.

02

Every night we download your full day

Not a snapshot: the complete five-minute series for the whole day, string by string. We work with FusionSolar (Huawei) and Solarman (Deye).

03

We look where nothing can hide

We analyse the peak irradiation window, 11:00 to 15:00. A cloud passes; a blown fuse does not. If a string's median voltage in that window drops below threshold, that string is dead and we know it.

04

We call you, not the other way round

Your system turns red on our panel and the alert fires. We do not wait for you to ring us because your bill went up.

Strings that were not yet connected on day one do not count: they read zero volts always, and an alarm that fires for no reason is an alarm people learn to ignore.

Exactly what we watch

Included today, free for life

while your inverter has an internet connection

Dead string by voltage

The blown fuse, the classic one. Detected by comparing against your own day one.

Current loss in a string

The slow decay: the degrading connection, the connector running hot. It shows up before it fails completely.

Grid missing for more than 24 h

With Deye inverters, when street power goes the customer does not notice: the house runs on battery. Until the battery runs out. We see it and we call.

Inverter offline

If your system stops reporting, somebody notices.

The inverter's own alarms

Inverters raise alarms — including arc-fault alarms from their AFCI protection — and in the vast majority of installations nobody ever reads them. We collect them and act.

How many panels the inverter sees

If the number does not match what we installed, something has changed.

in development, first customers testing

New shading

An aerial, a tree that has grown, the neighbour's extension: a production drop in one specific part of the day against your own history.

Battery health

Real capacity against nominal, so we warn you before the 10-year warranty expires, not after.

Certified degradation

How much your system yields each year, normalised. It turns a 30-year production warranty into something you can verify.

Export audit

We cross the kilowatt-hours we measured you exported against what your retailer credited on your bill. When it does not add up, that is your money.

Your optimal contracted power

From your real consumption curve, how much power you are not using. The standing charge is paid every month of the year.

Available soon

Your best tariff, calculated from your data. Not from an average.

Every tariff comparison site asks how much you consume per year and returns an estimate based on a typical profile. We do not need to ask: we already measure your consumption hour by hour, your generation, what you self-consume and what you export.

That turns the simulation into a calculation. Against your real curve:

  • PVPC hour by hour, the official regulated price published by Red Eléctrica.
  • The free-market offers published on the CNMC's official comparison tool, where retailers are legally required to publish their prices. It is the only complete, auditable source that exists.

And a question almost nobody asks: are your exports being credited correctly? We know how many kilowatt-hours you exported. Your bill says how many they paid for. Comparing them is arithmetic.

We are independent from every retailer. We are not tied to any, which is why we can tell you to switch to whichever suits you best, even if it is not one we work with.

If you are already a customer

Your system is probably already being watched. If you want to check that or link it, write to us.

If you are not yet

All of this is included. It is not a paid plan, it is not an add-on, it does not expire. It comes with the installation.
