If your grid power has been down for more than 24 hours, we warn you. With Deye inverters, when the meter drops out many customers never realise street power is gone. The manufacturer does not alert you. We do.

Marcopack, Lorquí: from halting production to running at 100%
Marcopack manufactures packaging machinery in Lorquí, Murcia. Their contracted power was 30 kW, but their machines needed up to 90 kW. The result: they had to stop lines and rotate shifts to avoid exceeding the limit. Upgrading the contracted power was not viable.
A Todo Sol designed a pioneering solution: 5 inverters of 15 kW and 6 batteries of 16 kWh that shave consumption peaks in real time. When the factory demands more than 30 kW, the batteries supply the difference instantly.
The batteries are charged with solar energy or from the grid when demand is low, and discharged when the machines need it. The grid never sees more than 30 kW. The factory runs at full capacity.
