Atodosol Instaladores app privacy

This page complements our Privacy Policy for the Atodosol Instaladores app (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android). The app is an internal work tool: it is only used by A Todo Sol staff (installers, after-sales technicians and office) with an account issued by the company. It has no public sign-up, advertising or purchases.

1. Data controller

2. Data the app processes

• Account: name, company email, job role and, if you upload it, your profile photo.
• Precise location while you use the app: to know which home or job site you are at ("Estás aquí") and to set an installation's location.
• Background location, only if you turn on "Compartir ubicación" (share location): only the colleagues you choose can see it, and they may get an alert when you arrive at or leave a place they marked. You can turn it off at any time in the app, which deletes your last position.
• Working time: clock-in and clock-out records and the day's plan.
• Photos and files you upload while working (installations, tickets, documents), and work notes, tasks and messages.
• Equipment you set up over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (inverter data loggers, EV chargers and home-automation boards): their technical data.
• Caller identification: the app stores on your phone the numbers of the customers you work with, to show their name when they call. It does not read your contacts.
• Notifications: the device's notification token.
• Diagnostics: if the app closes unexpectedly, a technical report (device model, system and app versions, screen in use) to fix the error.

Camera, photos, location, Bluetooth, local network and notifications are only requested when you use the feature that needs them, and you can withdraw them in your phone's Settings.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Organising and recording the team's work and customer service (your employment or service relationship with A Todo Sol and its legitimate interest in organising work). Recording working time is a legal obligation. "Compartir ubicación" is based on your consent, which you withdraw by turning it off.

4. Who else processes the data

We do not sell or share the data, and the app does not track your activity across third-party apps or websites. These providers process it on our behalf: Google (sign-in with company accounts and Android notifications), Apple (iPhone and Apple Watch notifications) and Cloudflare (network and photo storage). Some may process it outside the European Economic Area under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long

While you have an account and, afterwards, for the legal periods (working-time records, four years). Your route is not kept from shared location: only your last position, deleted when you stop sharing, and your arrivals at and departures from places marked by the colleagues who can see you.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at info@atodosol.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Accounts are created and closed by the company: to close yours, write to us.
