This page complements our Privacy Policy for the Atodosol customer app on iPhone. With it you follow your installation, see your home's energy and talk to our team. It has no advertising, includes no third-party SDKs or analytics tools, and does not track your activity across other apps or websites. Our staff use a different app, which has its own privacy page.
1. Data controller
A Todo Sol Instalaciones Fotovoltaicas SL, tax ID B72775315, Avenida Mediterráneo 27, 03670 Monforte del Cid (Alicante, Spain). Contact: info@atodosol.es and +34 692 22 97 13.
2. Data the app processes
- Your account. You sign in with the email you used to sign your contract: we send you a single-use link and there is no password. The session is stored encrypted on your iPhone and ends when you sign out or after 180 days without opening the app. In the app you see your contract details, your documents and your invoices.
- Your installation and your energy. The production, consumption and battery data we read from your inverter manufacturer's platform (Huawei FusionSolar, Deye or Solarman) and, if you have one, from your ATS-DOM smart board. We use it to show it to you, alert you if something fails and provide technical support.
- Notifications. If you turn them on, we store your iPhone's notification token to tell you about your installation and your requests. You can turn protection alerts off (for example, when your home loses power from the grid or the inverter disconnects) or choose the hours they reach you. The lock screen shows no private data. When you sign out, we delete the token.
- Location, only while you use the app. It is used to find your home on the map and mark your roof when you ask for an offer. We receive the position of the home and the roof you mark; we do not track where you are. The map is Apple's.
- Camera, microphone and photos, only when you send us something. The photos, videos or documents you choose (your electricity bill, the video of your roof, the papers for the energy certificate or a fault), or to read the code on your inverter's label. That code is read on the iPhone itself and is not stored. The microphone only records the sound of your videos.
- Bluetooth and local network, only to pass your Wi-Fi to your equipment. The app talks to the inverter's data logger or to the smart board, or briefly joins the inverter's own Wi-Fi. Your Wi-Fi password goes from the iPhone to the device; we only receive the network name and whether the device connected.
- Your saved Wi-Fi, only if you want. With "Leave your Wi-Fi details for installation day" or "Save this Wi-Fi for Atodosol" you give us your Wi-Fi name and password. We store it encrypted on our servers to connect your equipment on installation day or if it has to be reconnected. Nobody on the team sees it, not even the installer: their app fills it in and sends it to the device. It is not deleted automatically: if you change it, we use the new one and the previous one stays stored, encrypted, in the history. If you want us to delete them, write to us.
- Face ID. The app asks for Face ID, Touch ID or your iPhone passcode when you open it and when you come back after 5 minutes. Your iPhone checks it: we never receive your face, fingerprint or passcode.
- Shop payments. You pay by card on Revolut's secure page, which opens inside the app. We never see or store your card: Revolut only tells us whether the payment went through. The order goes to the shipping address you confirm at checkout, which may be different from your installation's address. For delivery we keep that address and a contact phone number, which we share with the delivery company.
- Refer and earn. You share your link or code, and the person who uses it gives us their details themselves; in the app you see their name and how your reward is going. To be paid by bank transfer you give us your IBAN, the account holder's name and, once per account, your bank's account ownership certificate. We read it to check the account is yours and use the IBAN only to make the transfer. The app shows the IBAN masked.
- Visits, appointments and messages. The dates you choose or propose for technical service visits, the requests and "no power" reports you open, and the messages, photos, videos and documents you send us in them.
- Energy certificate. If you fill it in in the app: your home's details, the cadastral reference, the photos and bills you attach and your finger signature.
- Asking for an offer. If you are not a customer yet: your name, your email (which we check with a code), your phone, your address, the roof you mark on the map, the video and note you send us and, to prevent abuse, the IP address you send it from.
"Discover the app" shows a sample home without an account and sends us no data. iPhone permissions (notifications, location, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth and local network) are requested when you use the feature that needs them, and you can withdraw them at any time in Settings.
3. Purposes and legal basis
To perform your contract with A Todo Sol: your installation, its warranties, technical service, the shop, Refer and earn and the app itself. Notifications, your saved Wi-Fi and iPhone permissions are based on your consent, which you withdraw by turning them off or by asking us to delete your Wi-Fi. An offer you request before becoming a customer is a pre-contractual step at your request. Keeping invoices is a legal obligation, and limiting attempts and recording the IP address of an offer request is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
4. Who else processes the data
We do not sell or share your data. For the app to work, these providers are involved: Apple (iPhone notifications and the map), our email provider (it sends the sign-in link), Cloudflare (network and storage of photos and documents), Revolut (card payments in the shop and Refer and earn transfers), the delivery company (to deliver your orders), your inverter manufacturers (Huawei, Deye and Solarman), whose platforms hold your installation's production data, and Anthropic, whose artificial intelligence reads some documents you send us, such as the account ownership certificate or the electricity bill, only to check them. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long
- Contract, invoices and warranties: as long as the law requires (5 years for tax records and 6 years for accounting records).
- Session: until you sign out or spend 180 days without opening the app. The notification token, until you sign out.
- Saved Wi-Fi: until you ask us to delete it.
- An offer you do not take up: 12 months from your request.
- Everything else: while you are a customer and, afterwards, for the legal periods.
6. Your rights and closing your account
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To close your account, go to Profile → "Request account deletion" in the app, or write to info@atodosol.es. We reply within 30 days at most. When you close your account we end your access and delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep (the contract, invoices and warranties). You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
